What should i use to polish my jewelry if it tarnishes?

We highly recommend Hope's Premium Metal Care Brass Polish [Cleans, Shines, and Prevents Tarnish] for a liquid polishing product and Sunshine Polishing Cloth [for Sterling Silver, Gold, Brass, and Copper Jewelry] for a cloth product, both of which can be found on Amazon. When using Hope's Premium Metal Care Brass Polish, get two soft clean cloth rags. This process can get messy so it's recommended to use disposable gloves and prepare a workspace by laying down paper towel, or something comparable, to protect the surfaces you're working on. Now grab your two soft clean cloth rags and separate them. Be sure to shake the bottle thoroughly and pour some onto one of the cloths. If you're only polishing a couple of pieces you should be fine pouring out a quarter-sized dollop, or at least start with that amount. Mix the polish around on the cloth allowing the fabric to absorb most of the liquid, then apply to the metal. Be sure to completely saturate the surface with the polish and continuously rub until the metal begins to brighten. Then take the piece of jewelry over to the second cloth and rub the surface of the metal until there is no longer a visible polish residue and you've eliminated the tarnish. The end result should reveal a nice, bright luster. Repeat this process as needed.

Return policy:

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the delivery date of your package to make a return. Jewelry must be unused to be accepted for return. This means the seal on the plastic bag must not be broken [this refers only to the earrings concerning hygienic reasons] for us to accept the return and for the cost of the product to be refunded. We do not refund the cost of shipping as that money was spent to mail the order to you. Please contact us at amandamadden.jewelry@gmail.com before sending your return so we can ensure you have the correct return address, and so we are aware that your return is on the way to us.

Do you accept exchanges? We do not. You must mail your unused jewelry back to us with the seal on the plastic bag unbroken [this refers only to the earrings concerning hygienic reasons] for an exchange. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

Who pays for the return shipping label? You, the customer, will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We suggest getting tracking for your return as we will not be held responsible if the return is lost during transit back to us. This allows you to monitor the status of your return and the process of your refund.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?

Yes, they are. All of our earring hooks are Stainless Steel [lead free and nickel free]. Therefore, all of our earrings are safe for sensitive skin.
